Project- A Boutique Resort at Kuala Tahan, Pahang

Info- The boutique resort is located at the edge of National Park of Malaysia, with Tembiling River running across the northern part of our site. The site was affected by the flooding during monsoon, our client wasn’t aware of this issue when they bought the land. To address this issue, the entire resort was raised up to resolve the flooding issue . The resort consists of 30 unit of 1-2 storey villas, restaurant, swimming pool, reception area, pub, pavilions, conference room and back of house facilities.
Site Area- 14,610m2(157,260SF)
